What to expect on the day

One presenter will arrive at your school in a science made simple van. Occasionally they may be accompanied by a trainee presenter or a science made simpleevaluator. They will arrive one hour before the show is due to start in order to unload their kit into your hall/venue space and prepare all the demonstrations. It is always handy for us to be able to park close to the hall/venue space.

You can choose to have the show at any time throughout the school day as long as your venue is free. We bring everything we require with us, except for tables to put our kit on and a screen to project onto. We can provide projectors, however we prefer using ceiling mounted projectors if you have one. Please also ensure the remote is handy.

Most of our shows are approximately an hour long, but we can be flexible to accommodate your school timetable. After the show is finished it takes approximately half an hour for the presenter to pack away all the show kit into our van.

A show can be performed to as many children as you can fit into your hall/venue space and we are happy for you to invite neighbouring schools.

All our presenters are DBS checked.
