Prices Jan 2009 - August 2011
science made simple work all over the UK and abroad so our pricing structure is dependent on how far our presenters have to travel from our offices in Bolton, Cardiff and Norwich. We used to have a price for the show fee and then charge travel and extras on top based on mileage, but feedback from teachers and customers suggested it was easier to have a flat rate, so we have created zones to simplify the costs.
Our prices are now fully inclusive of all costs, accommodation, travel, bridge tolls, presenter subsistence and show costs, but subject to vat at the current rate. Depending on how many students you involve, our shows usually work out at about £1 to £2 per head.
All our distances are calculated on AA route finder using your postcode.
Zone 1 - venue is 40 miles or less from your nearest office with an available presenter: Cardiff, Norwich or Bolton
SHOWS
1 show a day £395+vat
up to 3 performances of the same show a day £495+vat
2 shows, 1 performance of each £495+vat
4 performances of any combo of 2 shows £595+vat
BUSKING
Half day £395+vat
Full day £495+vat
BUSKING TRAINING
Busking training £495+vat
Busking kit box for you to keep optional £250+vat
MADLAB
Half day £395+vat
Full day £595+vat
If MadLab is held at an event there is an extra cost of £2 per participant
Zone 2 - venue is 41 – 80 miles from your nearest office with an available presenter: Cardiff, Norwich or Bolton
SHOWS

2 shows, 1 performance of each £560+vat
4 performances of any combo of 2 shows £660+vat
